Arts Programmes and Project Management

Adrienne and Kirsty have 14 years community arts experience between them, developing and managing complex, bespoke programmes of work with budgets anywhere from £3k to £300k.
When managing and developing arts projects we use the same frameworks and tools as described in planning and evaluation to ensure the success and legacy of a project. The key to successful project management is in communication, accurate budgeting and re-forecasting and milestone planning.
We work together with commissioners and communities to develop programmes that will meet the aims and objectives of everyone involved. This ensures ownership and active engagement of the project by all stakeholders – whether politicians or participants!
We can develop programmes to inform social marketing campaigns, address healthcare priorities and government agendas, consult creatively with stakeholders and the general public, promote services, provide skills development, inform regeneration agendas or map creative activity to curriculum needs.
Whatever service or issues you need to address we will be able to find a creative solution that fits the bill and meets the needs of everyone involved. Whilst Frilly predominantly use digital and visual arts within the creative engagement process, we have worked collaboratively with artists from a range of disciplines and can bring these associates on board if relevant. These include:
- spoken word
- dance & movement
- storytelling
- filmmaking
- graphic design
- web design
The diversity of our experiences enables us to see the benefits and added value of multi-disciplined creative approaches.
