Financial Matters

Payment:

Frilly requests that all project fees are made within 30 days upon receipt of invoice, with payment schedules to be determined on a project-by-project basis in agreement with project commissioners. 

Cancellation:

In the event that any part of the work covered by contractual agreement is cancelled, we will be entitled to claim the following cancellation fee:

• More than 4 week’s notice of cancellation – no payment
• Less than 4 week’s notice of cancellation – 25% of agreed fee
• Less than 1 week’s notice of cancellation – 50% of agreed fee
• Less than 24 hour’s notice of cancellation – 75% of agreed fee

In the event of Frilly being unable to fulfil any part of the work covered by contractual agreement, we will work with you to endeavour to minimise any costs and losses to both parties.  However Frilly will be liable for any payments, costs and outlays incurred by you at the time of cancellation, reasonably adjusted in respect of the particular circumstances.

In the event of cancellation of any part of this contract as a result of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party e.g. fire, etc any payments shall be apportioned by mutual agreement of Frilly and the commissioner.
