Any project Frilly undertakes is underpinned by an evaluation and monitoring process established during planning stages. By mapping our approach against agreed aims and outcomes from project partners and commissioners we ensure that the work we develop is fit for purpose, will achieve its planned outcomes and hopefully much more.

As part of this outcomes planning process we establish the key milestones for monitoring and evaluation to take place as well as the most appropriate methods for capturing and evidencing the outcomes that have been achieved.

Monitoring and evaluation methods often include standardised forms pre and post events, body mapping, photography, film, audio recording, comment walls and a range of participatory tools designed to engage all.

Conduct

If you have a problem of a personal and/or professional nature when working with Frilly, please ensure to communicate it to us at your earliest opportunity. The matter will then be dealt with on a one-to-one basis or in the context of a company or project meeting, depending on the most appropriate course of action agreed upon.

Frilly believe all participants have the right to choose whether to be documented in projects and will collect image release forms from participants in every project.  When working in partnership, we can use partners forms, or we can use our own depending on the need of the project.
