How we work:
Plan:
In our own planning processes, we ensure that any project we work on is mapped against relevant targets and agendas such as:
- National Curriculum
- National Indicators and the Local Area Agreement
- Early Years Foundation Stage Assessment
- Generic Learning Outcomes
- Personalisation Agenda
- NHS targets
This mapping process ensures our work successfully meets your planned targets.
Do:
With the programmes we work on, we try to adopt a participant-driven approach which enables everyone we work with to have a say in the direction the project takes. This encourages a greater ownership over the work, and a deeper level of engagement.
Review:
We reflectively evaluate all of our work and use a range of methods to capture those reflections as outlined here. We reflect on the projects we have worked on, as well as our own performance in order to continue developing ourselves. By embedding reflective evaluation in everything we do, our work continues to take us on a journey as much as the participants we engage!
We enable people to explore social issues through creative processes, often arriving at unexpected solutions. We offer new ways of thinking, learning and doing to meet your needs, abilities and issues. We speak in plain English, and deliver high quality outcomes that make sense to all involved.
